Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day via tracked delivery. You will receive a tracking notification by email or SMS.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery or that a secure delivery location is arranged.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for medication, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and GPhC guidance on the return of dispensed medicines.
Refunds for declined consultations will be processed within 5–10 working days.
